Food Prep and/or Bartender

Line Cook Needed - easy menu with food prep, learning the recipes and cooking great plates/pizzas

Front End to include bartending, checkout, and all that goes with it.

Social Goods Market in Newberg OR has the best beer selections in the valley, both in the coolers and on tap!

We are currently hiring for a kitchen ninja or Front of house Samurai that enjoys a simple bar menu, cocktails, and interacting with people who like beer, which can be split amongst both sides as well as part and full-time! Tips are all pooled and we keep a 2-4 person team usually (maybe more on busier nights) which allows for additional money for all!

We have a simple sandwich, pizza, and salad menu in a smaller kitchen. This keeps things pretty easy to assemble and on normal evenings, 1 to 2 people are needed to run the kitchen… (we do run specials. we prep all inhouse food prior to opening so it's easier to get to the tables rather than all on the fly ordering..)

We are growing our bar and moving our kitchen to a bigger format to allow for easier production of both beverages and plates.

BOH would include cooking food! Four simple ovens can be used to put out some serious fun eats. Prepping food and plating, keeping stations clean, and all that goes with making food fresh and ready. Order management, and yes even running food when FOH gets slammed.

We all chip in on doing dishes and closing things (trash, sweeping etc) The position is evenings from 3 pm on and/or Saturdays. We would like to open sooner once we have a well-polished team. We are open on Saturdays and hoping to open back up on Sundays. We are closed on Mondays.

Must be over 21yrs of age, able to lift 50lbs, have your OLCC and food handler’s card.
